HOW TO REGISTER: 

  • If you are registering for the first time for ICSHMO 2025, please click on the words "New Registration" to create your profile and password. 
  • Once you have registered and should you wish to amend your existing registration, please click on the words "Amend Existing Registration" and enter the email address and password you used when you first used the registration system. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you want to add an additional delegate to your existing registration please click on the words "New Registration" to add additional delegates and proceed with registering the delegates, because if you try to access the existing booking to add additional delegates, it will change the existing booking.  Please contact Thandeka Ngubo should you have any queries:  Email: thandeka@confco.co.za
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "NEXT" to proceed.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and follow the instructions.  You need to enter the email address you used when you first used the registration system and click on "Reset password". The email to reset your password will come from "EventsAIR". 

If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk or clutter mailboxes to retrieve it.  The system will send you a link.  Click the link to change your password.  Enter a new password and re-enter the password to confirm.  Click the button to confirm.  Return to the registration page to re-enter the registration system.

  • Payment can only be made when you have completed the entire registration process.
  • An invoice will automatically be generated and sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

Terms and Conditions By purchasing goods or services from The Conference Company for the ICSHMO Conference 2025, the customer is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less 10% of registration service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 30 December 2024. No refunds will be issued after 30 December 2024. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Payments Full payment MUST be made at the time of registration. Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice/receipt will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 7 days from the invoice date or 15 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. Early bird registrations must be paid by 31 January 2025 or the full registration fee will be charged. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding registrations any time after 7 days from the date of a tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the ICSHMO Conference 2025 start date, attendance will be granted only after full payment is made via credit/debit card. Registration Credit Card Payments We will neither collect nor store your credit card details. On the registration form, you will be directed to use the credit card payment facilities provided by Nedbank iVeri. Payments by credit card can be made with Visa or Mastercard and may incur a transaction fee. Accommodation Policy Accommodation must be booked via the link provided on the conference website. The Conference Company is not responsible for any of your accommodation booking and payments. Please ensure you read and understand the hotel’s terms and conditions as they vary from one hotel to another. It is your responsibility to contact the hotel directly for any amendments or cancellation and all payments. Privacy Policy By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the ICSHMO Conference 2025 Committee, the venue and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings and ICSHMO Conference 2025 related items only). Your details will be included in the delegate list unless you have indicated otherwise Insurance It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Liability and warranty The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to the sale of goods or services to consumers. If the goods or services are acquired for a business, then our liability is limited to the contract price. Disclaimer The convenors reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. Neither the organisers (The Conference Company) nor the convenors shall be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation or abandonment of the event where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the event despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause. Attendees are advised that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and reproduced for promotional purposes.

  • All transactions are in Rands and inclusive of 15% Vat.
  • Payment must be made at the end of the registration process by credit card or requesting invoice for payment via EFT; an invoice will be emailed with your confirmation; a receipt will only be sent once payment has been received into the conference bank account.
  • If payment is not made, the registration process will not be complete, and your registration details will not be saved
