Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Booking/s will be processed upon receipt of a signed registration form and confirmed on receipt of payment. An invoice will be sent with the registration confirmation. Please submit your registration form to sabine@confco.co.za 2. Participants who cancel before the 15th August 2016 will be entitled to a 50% refund of their registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations received after this date. 3. Cancellations must be submitted to The Conference Company in writing in order to receive any possible reimbursement. 4. Substitutions of delegates are welcome and may be made without incurring administration fees. Notification of substitution should be provided in writing to sabine@confco.co.za in order to facilitate the registration process. 5. Delegate no-shows will be liable for the full attendance fee, but will be sent a copy of the course material (on request). 6. Until payment has been received, registration for the seminar and any of its associated events cannot be confirmed. Payment is required prior to attendance and proof thereof it is to please be submitted to finance@confco.co.za 7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Conference Company reserves the right to change the programme content, the speakers, the venue or date of the seminar. You will be notified in writing no less than 5 working days prior to an event. LIABILITY: The Conference Company have taken all reasonable care in making arrangements for the 2016 Seminar. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither The Conference Company nor PSIber can be held responsible for any losses incurred by participants. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. The Conference Company acts as an agent only in securing hotels, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance including appropriate health insurance. The Conference Company reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law. All accommodation, conference and other arrangements are subject to alteration and cancellation at any time without prior notice, due to factors that are outside of the organisers’ reasonable control. This will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the organisers. Should such events, such as Force Majeure, render the organisers unable to deliver such service, the organisers shall not be held responsible. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any damages, and/or costs, whatsoever arising from any such alteration or cancellation.

What happens next? Once your registration has been received and processed:
• An invoice with the banking details for the event will be forwarded to you.
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank/electronic transfer, cash deposit.
• Please note that if payments incur bank charges, these will be for each participant’s own account.
• Full payment for these charges is required before your registration is fully confirmed.
• Please ensure any bank transfer makes clear reference to the invoice reference number.
• Once payment has been made, kindly fax or email through proof of payment to finance@confco.co.za
• An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.
