HOW TO REGISTER: 

  • If you are registering for the first time for the SAPI Membership period 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, please click on the words "New Registration" to create your profile and password. 
  • Once you have registered and should you wish to amend your existing registration, please click on the words "Amend Existing Registration" and enter the email address and password you used when you first used the registration system.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "NEXT" to proceed.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and follow the instructions.  You need to enter the email address you used when you first used the registration system and click on "Reset password". The email to reset your password will come from "EventsAIR". 

If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk or clutter mailboxes to retrieve it.  The system will send you a link.  Click the link to change your password.  Enter a new password and re-enter the password to confirm.  Click the button to confirm.  Return to the registration page to re-enter the registration system.

  • Payment can only be made when you have completed the entire registration process.
  • An Pro-forma invoice will automatically be generated and sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

Membership Terms & Conditions 1)Registration will only be validated if all dues are paid. 2)Relevant & discounted rates for conferences are only extended to individual members in good standing. 3)A submitted members is taken as a firm commitment to attend. In the event of non-attendance. 4)All payments are to be made directly to provided account number. 5)All cancellations must be received in writing. No telephonic cancellations or substitutions will be accepted. 6)SAPI, or its agents, cannot be held liable for the postponement or cancellation of the event due to circumstance beyond its control. Circumstances include, but are not limited to, political or non-political unrest, floods, natural disasters, unsafe environments, or any Force Majeure circumstances. 7)All bank charges are for the delegates account to pay.

Payment

What happens next? Once your application has been received and processed:
• An invoice with the banking details will be forwarded to you.
• Payment can be made by Credit Card, Bank/Electronic Transfer, Cash deposit. Purchase Orders will NOT be accepted.
• Please note that if payments incur bank charges, these will be for your own account.
• Full payment for these charges is required before your registration is fully confirmed.
• Please ensure any bank transfer makes clear reference to the payment reference number stipulated on your invoice.
• Once payment has been made, kindly email through proof of payment to the Secretariat, c/o The Conference Company. Email: treasurer@sapi.africa 
• An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.
