HOW TO REGISTER: 

  • If you are registering for the first time for the SASEC Conference 2024, please click on the words "New Registration" to create your profile and password. 
  • Once you have registered and should you wish to amend your existing registration, please click on the words "Amend Existing Registration" and enter the email address and password used on initial registration. 
  • If you want to add an additional delegate to your existing registration please click on the words "New Registration" to add an additional delegate(s) and proceed with registering the delegate(s). Please note that if you try to access the existing booking to add an additional delegate(s), the booking system will change your existing booking.  
  • Please contact Thandeka Ngubo should you have any queries or require additional assistance to register for the SASEC Conference 2024. Thandeka can be contacted by email on thandeka@confco.co.za
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Next" to proceed.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and follow the instructions.  You need to enter the email address you used on initial registration and click "Reset password". The email to reset your password will come from "EventsAIR". 

If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder, junk or clutter mailboxes to retrieve it.  The system will send you a link.  Click the link to change your password.  Enter a new password and re-enter the password to confirm.  Click the button to confirm.  Return to the registration page to re-enter the registration system.

  • Payment can only be made when you have completed the entire registration process.
  • An invoice will automatically be generated and sent to the registered e-mail address.

On submission of your registration, your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the Conference Secretariat for processing. Once your registration has been processed, an invoice with the conference banking details will be sent for your payment in South African Rand (ZAR).

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Participants who cancel before 10 September 2024 will be entitled to a 50% refund of their registration fee. No refunds are possible for cancellations received after 10 September 2024. • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, c/o The Conference Company, in order to receive any possible reimbursement. • A participant who cancels may ask the Conference Secretariat to transfer the registration to a colleague. • Refunds will be processed after the conference accounts have been reconciled and on receipt of a written request sent to the Conference Secretariat. • Refunds for no shows are not possible. • The early-bird registration fee will only be applicable to participants who register and pay prior to the early-bird cut-off dates mentioned (10 September2024). A participant who registers prior to the cut-off date and omits to pay, will automatically be charged the higher registration fee without prior notification. • Until payment has been received, registration for the Conference and any of its associated events cannot be confirmed and without confirmed registration, participants will not be listed in the programme or in the list of participants. Liability: The Conference Organisers have taken all reasonable care in making arrangements for the 2024 SASEConference. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the Conference Secretariat nor SASEC can be held responsible for any losses incurred by participants. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. The Conference Company acts as an agent only in securing hotels, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organized through contractors or by the employees of such contractors.

You can pay by EFT/bank transfer.

What happens next? Once your registration has been received and processed: 
• An invoice with the banking details for the conference will be sent to you.
• Payment can be made via bank/electronic transfer.
• Please note that if payments incur bank charges, these will be for each participant’s own account.
• Full payment for these charges is required before your registration is fully confirmed.
• Please ensure any bank transfer makes clear reference to the invoice reference number.
• Once payment has been made, kindly email through proof of payment to the Conference Secretariat, c/o The Conference Company email: finance@confco.co.za 
• An official receipt will be provided on confirmation of payment.
