HOW TO REGISTER: 

  • If you are registering for the first time for the SOMSA Congress 2021, please click on the words "New Registration" to create your profile and password. 
  • Once you have registered and should you wish to amend your existing registration, please click on the words "Amend Existing Profile" and enter the email address and password you used when you first used the registration system.

  • Social Sign In: Should you wish to Login with your Facebook or Twitter Account, please click on the words "Social Sign In"
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Continue to register" to proceed.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and follow the instructions.  You need to enter the email address you used when you first used the registration system, and click on "Reset password". The email to reset your password will come from "EventsAIR". 

If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk or clutter mail boxes to retrieve it.  The system will send you a link.  Click the link to change your password.  Enter a new password and re-enter the password to confirm.  Click the button to confirm.  Return to the registration page to re-enter the registration system.

  • Payment can only be made when you have completed the entire registration process.

On submission of your registration, your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the Conference Secretariat for processing. Terms and Conditions
· These are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing your participation in any SOMSA 2021 owned and operated virtual event, meeting, show, seminar, or conference (the “Virtual Event”). By registering for the Virtual Conference you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between the Virtual Event owner and host, the SOMSA committee managed on behalf of The Conference Company (Conference Organiser) and the registered attendee or participant (“you” or “Participant”). · The payment of the applicable fee for the Virtual Event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason. The Conference Committee and The Conference Company may refuse to allow you to access the Virtual Event and shall have no liability in that regard. · Once you have been registered, the links and code you receive cannot be shared and only one code will work per device per person for the registered email. 1. Participant Requirements 1.1 Access - Your registration entitles you to access to the SOMSA 2021 Virtual Conference for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and SOMSA shall have no liability for such costs. 1.2 Virtual Event Content - You acknowledge and agree that SOMSA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the SOMSA Virtual Conference, including but not limited to, the SOMSA 2021, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.SOMSA 2021 content shall be recorded and will be accessible to paid registrants. 2. Prohibited Conduct 2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for SOMSA 2021 you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your registration link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by the Organizer. By registering for a paid registration, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If SOMSA determines that you have violated this policy, SOMSA may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future Virtual Events. 2.2 Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that SOMSA reserves the right to remove you from the virtual conference if SOMSA, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behaviour create a disruption or hinder the virtual conference or the enjoyment of the SOMSA 2021 content by other Participants. 2.3 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at SOMSA 2021. 3. Cancellation / Refund Policy · Cancellations are subject to the entire Virtual Event registration fee. All sales are final.All cancellations are to be sent to The Conference Company in writing. Cancellations received before the 11th June will attract an 80% cancellations. Cancellations received after the 12th June will attract 100% cancellation penalty. 4. Virtual Event Registration Confirmation · Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of yourSOMSA 2021 email(s) are caught by spam filters. · You will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address and mailing address that are provided on your registration form. · In addition, you will also be added to the SOMSA 2021 participant list for notifications of future communication. · If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out. · If you are registering on behalf of another individual or company, it is your responsibility to ensure the person/company participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the agreement/registration on behalf of another individual or your company you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
