These sponsor driven sessions are subject to approval by the Rare– X 2024 Programme Committee.

• Venue hire, standard audio-visual equipment and technical support is included (catering excluded)

• Session marketing to attendees through the website and conference mailers

• Session indicated in the programme as “Session organised by Sponsor Name”

• Option to be accredited with CPD/ CME points (if applicable) through the conference CPD/CME application.

• Your logo on holding slide during session

Conference Handbook

All attendees are issued with a comprehensive conference handbook containing all essential conference and programme details. This is distributed to all attendees at registration along with their attendee bag and is used throughout the event. It is also kept as a conference memento and reference book long after the event itself.

Attendee Bags

ZAR 40,000

Sponsor will provide funds for the conference bags which are distributed to all attendees at registration for use during and after the

conference. Experience has shown that these conference bags (locally made, community supporting, high quality) are kept as lasting

memento of the event and as a practical item to use long after the event itself. Bags will be in line with the conference branding. Sponsor

will be recognized with the sponsor's logo. The bags will be sourced and supplied by the organisers.

• Logo on bags procured and branded by the conference.

Name Tags & Lanyards

ZAR 30,000

Sponsor logo on the lanyards of the attendees' name badges (cost of branded lanyard to be borne by the sponsor).
Sponsor logo with link to your website will be placed on the conference website and included in all announcements and the conference handbook.
Name tags and lanyards will be procured and branded by the conference

Notebooks & Pens (Estimated 200)

• Branding on notepads and pens provided by sponsor to be distributed to all attendees plus the financial contribution.

Attendees Bag Inserts

• Attendee bag insert ZAR 20, 000

• Full- page colour handbook advert ZAR 15,000

• Half- page colour handbook advert ZAR 10,000

Speaker Prep Room And Audiovisual /Tech Support

ZAR 15, 000

• All speakers will receive correspondence regarding the speaker prep room and the sponsor logo will appear on these documents

• Branding will be permitted inside and outside the speaker prep room.

• Sponsor logo with link to your website will be placed on the conference website and conference handbook.
